Migrated three legacy Joomla properties — PMHCC, PCHC, and Philadelphia Connections — to Webflow, as part of a broader effort leading end-to-end redesigns of five core organizational sites, from information architecture through responsive front-end execution.
Eliminated longstanding security vulnerabilities and substantially reduced ongoing maintenance overhead across the portfolio.
Departmental intake ran on paper — physical forms routed by hand, re-keyed into spreadsheets, with no single source of truth and real staff time lost to redundant data entry.
A Webflow front-end form feeding a Zapier logic layer that validated and routed each submission into Google Sheets as the system of record, eliminating the paper handoff entirely. The form was originally specified at 250+ fields to capture the full range of regulated intake data. Once it was live, usage told its own story — a lot of that data wasn't actually being used downstream — so I streamlined it to 37 fields, trading exhaustive capture for a version people would actually finish.

An automated data pipeline engineered to streamline high-volume organization intakes. Replaced fragmented, manual workflows with a unified conditional-logic infrastructure. Standardized regulated intake across three service lines without asking staff to wade through irrelevant fields.
Conditional-logic data capture forms deployed via Formstack for three major service lines, each handling complex regulated data across 200+ fields per submission — showing only the fields relevant to a given case rather than the full form.
Complex automated workflows built with custom conditional parameters. Standardized regulated intake across three service lines without asking staff to wade through irrelevant fields.
Two live, independently run client sites, each matched to its own operational needs rather than a shared template — Metropolitan Property Services on WordPress, and Equity Plus PHL on an MLS-integrated platform built for property search and listings. For Equity Plus, I also developed the brand identity and color scheme from scratch, with light cross-branding carried through to Metropolitan’s print collateral, including matching business cards.
Design and development work for The Barnes Foundation, The Robert Rauschenberg Foundation, Trinity Church Boston, Maccabi USA, and The Philip Johnson Glass House, alongside two full site overhauls for the Corcoran Gallery of Art.
